1.  Guarantee applies to White and Ivory bridal gowns.  This does not apply to Bridesmaids, Flowergirls, Mothers, Proms, Quincenera, or any accessories.

2.  The White or Ivory gown order must be accompanied by at least a $200 order for accessories that are not returnable.  (Accessories such as Preservation, Slip, Bra, Pantyhose, Garter, Veil or Tiara.)

3.  White or Ivory bridal gowns returned without $200 or more in accessories will be charged a $100 restocking fee or you may choose to receive all but $200 back and a voucher for accessories worth $200.

4.  Tiaras and Veils are exchangable at no charge when you are placing an order for for a new White or Ivory bridal gown of equal or better value.

5.  Return requests for White or Ivory bridal gowns must be made within 3 days of the date of delivery by the common carrier, or your pick up date from Bridaltown, and must be returned in brand new condition, unused and unaltered within 7 days of receiving the return number.  Boxes without a return number will not be accepted.

6.  The purpose of Bridatown's 100% money back guarantee is to protectthe interests of the Brides who have made a purchase sight unseen and without the benefits of our Full Service Bridal Gown Shop where sample gowns can be tried on to make this important decision.  This guarantee is not extended to bridal gowns purchased at Bridaltown with the benefits of our Full Service Bridal Gown Shop.
