Payment Policy
All purchases must be paid in full at time of order except
bridal gowns marked layaway which require a 35% deposit. When
purchasing a bridal gown on layaway with monthly payments it is
understood that customer service has your permission to charge
your credit card accordingly and that the bridal gown will not
be shipped or altered until the gown is paid in full.
Return Policy
Three-day return policy: bridal gowns and formal wear are
made to order. Your size, your color, your style, your
specifications, etc., therefore the product is made to
order and can not be returned, exchanged, cancelled
etc. except for wrong style, wrong color, wrong size or
damaged in which case your claim must be made within 3
days of your signing for the dress. In such a case you
must call for a return number to be clearly marked on the
outside of the shipping box. The dress must arrive to
Bridaltown within 7 days of the date you were given a
return number. All merchandise returned with out a return
number will receive a 50% credit on their credit card not
including freight or insurance.
Shipping and Insurance
All boxes are charged at 14.99 per box plus 5.00 for insurance.
Insurance is optional but will be charged unless you request it
not to be at the time of purchase. For extra protection all bridal
gowns are shipped with a zippered storage bag. This bag protects
the gown from damage. Storage bag is optional but will be charged
for unless you request it not to be. Cost $14.99. Pennsylvania
residence subject to 6% sales tax.
Abandonments
After placing an order with a 35% deposit, failure to pay
the remaining 65% on time and before the wedding date will be
considered abandoned unless you call and make new payment
arrangements. Abandoned gowns will be sold in our store
as distressed merchandise. All payments paid
beyond 35% will be returned to your credit card.
Price Quarantee
Bridaltown will not be undersold. If at the time of purchase
you see a lower price on any other site we will match the price
and give you an additional 10% when you order your alterations
at Bridaltown (maximum discount $100), another 10% when you
order your headpiece and veil at Bridaltown (maximum
discount $100), another 10% when you order your shoes
and undergarments of $199.99 or more at Bridaltown
(maximum discount $100), another 10% when you purchase
your bridal preservation at Bridaltown (maximum discount
$100). Price guarantee exceptions; are dresses sold on ebay,
closeouts, distressed merchandise, merchandise no longer
being manufactured or advertised, imperfects, overcuts,
used gowns, sample gowns, etc.. Please call customer
